Mökki Prices

General terms and conditions

Dear guest, we are pleased that you would like to book the accommodation. Please read the following conditions carefully - they become part of the accommodation contract concluded between us as the landlord and you as the guest.

1) Conclusion of contract
The accommodation contract is concluded by sending the booking confirmation. As the landlord, we issue the invoice for the services provided.
 
2) Resignation
If, contrary to expectations, you withdraw from the booked trip, the landlord is entitled to payment of the agreed rental price. Please send your written declaration of withdrawal by email to lomaaurinko.salosaari(at)gmail.com 
Depending on the date of receipt of the written declaration of withdrawal, the following rates will generally be charged:
  - up to the 45th day before arrival 20%
  - up to the 30th day before arrival 35%
  - up to the 14th day before arrival 50%
  - up to the 1st day before arrival 80%
  After that, the general principle of 90% applies.
 
3) Prices/Services
Mökki
The prices stated in the offer are the rental prices for the holiday period including all additional costs, parking place, WiFi, firewood, own wood-fired Sauna, own Jacuzzi with Saimaa water (only in summer available), large wooden terrace with chairs and glass table, 2 deck chairs, pier, bed linen, bathrobes and towels, using rowboat, barbecue place, washing machine and dryer, 100% green electricity, biodegradable soaps, shampoo and dishwashing liquid. There is also a cleaning fee of 75 euros. In the event of severe contamination, we reserve the right to charge additional costs.

Aitta
 The prices stated in the offer are the rental prices for the holiday period including all additional costs, bed linen and towels, use of rowboat (if available), two garden chairs with table outside the Aitta, washing machine and dryer, 100% green electricity, biodegradable soaps, shampoo and dishwashing liquid.  

In the event of severe contamination, we reserve the right to charge additional costs. 

4) Payment
After receiving the reservation confirmation, a deposit of 20% of the rental price is due within 10 days of booking; the remaining payment including the cleaning fee must be made 30 days before arrival.
All payments (deposit/final payment) are made directly to the landlord's account, which will be communicated to you after the booking has been completed. If there are 30 days or less between booking and arrival, the entire travel price must be paid to the landlord's account. The booking will only be confirmed after payment has been received.

5) Deposit
The deposit must be handed over to the landlord in cash before occupancy and will be refunded upon return. The deposit for the Mökki is 300 euros.

6) Complaints
If there are any deficiencies in the provision of the booked service, please contact us – your landlord – as quickly as possible. We will be there to help you and take care of the matter.

7) Other
All agreements require our written confirmation. We would be happy to check your special requests - write to us with your individual ideas and we will see whether we can fulfill your wishes.
